Our EDA Staff and Volunteer Executive Board Members brings a wealth of experience and passion to the EDA. From professional services and retail to culinary, academics and banking, our team represent a variety of businesses and nonprofit organizations. Several board members are also downtown Ellensburg residents. The EDA staff and board oversees the implementation of EDA’s strategic plan and provides diverse perspectives on ensuring a healthy, vibrant Ellensburg downtown.
Events & Volunteer Coordinator (Part-Time)
The Ellensburg Downtown Association (EDA) is seeking a part-time Events & Volunteer Coordinator to help plan and support downtown events and coordinate volunteers who bring these programs to life. This role plays an important part in creating welcoming community experiences while supporting local businesses and downtown vitality.

Location: Ellensburg, WA (in-office)

Schedule: Part-time, 25–32 hours per week

Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience

Availability: Weekday daytime hours with occasional evening and weekend events
