The Ellensburg Downtown Association’s (EDA) Business Revitalization Fund Program is a partnership with Umpqua Bank. The program is steered by the EDA’s Economic Vitality Committee, and seeks to assist downtown businesses with revitalization projects.

The goal of the Business Revitalization Fund Program is to provide downtown Ellensburg businesses with funds for mid-scale revitalization efforts. These projects ensure that downtown businesses remain vibrant and welcoming for customers and visitors.

 Examples of past projects include, facade improvements, beautification, expansion, infrastructure updates, signage and paint updates, interior and exterior design and decor updates, and remodels.

The EDA will award funds to businesses who are transforming their business to thrive in the changing reality of today’s economy. This money will not replace any State or Federal Grants that are available, but rather add to your specific needs, not available in those government funds.
